COMMERCIAL LISTING PACKAGE
We incorporate aerial and ground photography capturing 8 angles of the property and building (like the eight sides of a stop sign) from both platforms yielding 16 images to show the detail of the building and property. Two to three high level aerial images showing surroundings, a key-marketing image (straight on), one of the street sign and one bird’s-eye looking straight down, for a total of 20 -25 images. For the aerial video we incorporate a 360 orbit clip, several fly-over clips from different directions and a short time-lapse clip to show traffic patterns in the area to provide a more dynamic experience than just photos can alone. We also hi-light nearby businesses to help show the how busy the area is for prospective buyers. All content is delivered to you in a private password protected download portal.
