Kelly Clark
FOUNDER | DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
After graduation from the University of Texas, Kelly spent 15 years in global wealth management that took her from Texas to New York City and eventually to Atlanta. Two young children and many missed activities later, Kelly decided to join Brian in their real estate marketing venture to allow for flexibility of schedule and the excitement of creating something from the ground up. In her role, Kelly is a natural fit in client relations and day to day operation of the business. Surrounded by creatives, Kelly is the more rigid personality who gets everyone on the team where they need to be, and ensures that the client experience is seamless from the get go. When she is not working, you will find her shuffling her two amazing children Santana and Stevie to volleyball, lacrosse and guitar lessons around Atlanta. In her wildest dreams, Kelly would love to eventually retire in a Mexican beach town and write a book or two.
Brian Clark
FOUNDER | CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER
Brian developed a love for photography by learning from his dad who always had a camera in hand. He honed his talent capturing nature in New England until he moved to Atlanta to start a multimedia production company soon after obtaining a marketing degree. Brian began his professional photography career capturing sporting events. He and wife Kelly diversified the portfolio of Local Flavor Films + Photography to specialize in real estate marketing. Brian’s expertise lies in his friendly demeanor and innate ability to capture homes of all sizes and price points at their best. His attention to detail creates loyal clients, along with his desire to keep current of market trends to ensure the proper marketing of each listing. When Brian is not working, you can find him photographing a volleyball tournament for daughter Santana or lacrosse game for son Stevie. He is also an avid sailor at Lake Lanier Sailing Club. Brian and Kelly reside in Alpharetta with their children.
Deborah Shein

A camera has always been a fascination of Deborah's even as her skills branched out and she learned to draw and paint using whatever was at hand to create. From being gifted a little point and shoot camera, to borrowing friends’ more professional cameras as she grew older, to eventually owning one of her own, Deborah always wanted to capture that perfect photograph. With a bachelor’s degree in Visual Art, Deborah's natural skills are backed with years of experience of finding the perfect lighting and angles that show beautifully in her photographs. Deborah loves and is passionate about what she does, and strives to show that, from taking photos to greeting clients, and working on everything the job entails. Deborah aims to always get the perfect shot, but also aims to grow and become better at what she does every day. Deborah resides in Lawrenceville with her husband Russell.
Hudson Verhoven
PHOTOGRAPHER | VIDEOGRAPHER | REELS
Hudson found his passion for videography and photography when he picked up his camera his senior year of high school. He found a talent in creating sports reels and capturing the movement that occurred within each picture taken. To Hudson, finding the perfect shot came naturally and he knew he wanted to pursue a career serving others with his gifts. Soon, Hudson was creating reels and filling portfolios for student athletes looking to garner attention from college recruiters. Though Hudson was diagnosed with tourettes at age 10, he became determined that it would not define him or limit his abilities. Hudson has a sincere nature about him that comes through in every picture and video he takes. Though sports has been his central focus, he has diversified his skill set to include real estate photography and videography with Local Flavor Films. When Hudson is not filming tournament events or capturing real estate, you will find him playing any kind of sports, mainly basketball, golf, and water sports. Hudson is also currently working on his drone license to continue expanding his talents.
Santana Rose
MATTERPORT CAPTURE PRO
Santana is our summer intern, and brings a love for marketing and content creation that was developed in her involvement with DECA (which resulted in a 1st place win at State in 2021)! Santana is a Humanities Academy student at Forsyth Central High School and a member of the volleyball team, both high school and club. With her eye for detail, she looks forward to capturing Matterport tours, creating social media content and shadowing Brian throughout his various roles to further hone her skills in marketing and business. You will always find her smiling and upbeat, particularly while she has Starbucks in hand.
